PeopleSoft L1 Support

As an L1 Support Engineer at our Digital Enterprise Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing PeopleSoft L1 Support in the Finance domain. Your role will involve supporting end user activities across various streams under the Finance domain. Working collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds globally, you will contribute to challenging projects for international businesses with a global presence. Key Success Factors: - Experience: 1-4 Years - Education: Bachelor of Commerce / Engineering / MBA with Finance Background - Good exposure to functional process flows of PeopleSoft tool - Willingness to work in 18*5 rotational shifts (24*7 during closing) - Ability to closely collaborate with customers to understand and address their issues - Perform Queue Management and handover activities to the following shift, reporting to Team Lead - Investigate and resolve incidents within SLAs - Documentation of knowledge (KB) - Proficiency in SQL - Understanding of IT delivery methodologies - Team player with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment - Strong Time Management skills and proactive approach to continuous improvement Inclusion Statement: Dassault Systmes is committed to fostering inclusive and diverse teams worldwide as a leader in sustainable technology and innovation.
