Key Competencies: - A strategic professional with a strong analytical mindset and expertise in Excel and Power BI, bridging the gap between data and decision-making. - Proficient in People & Culture (P&C) analytics, business intelligence, and statistical modeling. - Skilled in data storytelling, capable of converting complex insights into clear and actionable narratives. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, thriving in dynamic and matrixed environments.
