Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) for banking and financial services domains. Design and implement hyper-personalized solutions using NBA (Next-Best-Action) strategies across inbound/outbound, real-time, and batch channels. Develop and configure decisioning logic , including ADM, DSM, Customer Profiler, and engagement policies. Lead implementation of Pega CDH components like Value Finder, interaction history, decision data flows, and adaptive models. Ensure seamless integration with CRM systems, data lakes , REST APIs, Kafka, and FTP-based systems. Provide technical guidance and best practices for configuring and optimizing Pega decisioning solutions. Collaborate with data scientists to enhance model accuracy and customer engagement strategies. Lead quality assurance reviews, mentor developers, and maintain post-production support and documentation. Monitor application scalability and performance while enforcing governance, data privacy, and compliance standards. Coordinate task execution for proposition builds, data flows, and strategy updates. Contribute to architectural design aligning with business goals and digital transformation initiatives .
