You will be joining our digital transformation team in Hyderabad as a Pega Decisioning Consultant / Pega RPA Developer. Your role will involve designing and delivering intelligent automation and decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Next-Best-Action (NBA), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Your expertise in problem-solving, technical knowledge, and collaboration skills will be crucial in implementing scalable, high-performance Pega solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Pega decisioning strategies with CDH, NBA, and adaptive models. - Develop and deploy Pega RPA solutions for automating business processes and enhancing efficiency. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions. - Integrate Pega with external systems (APIs, databases, services) to support decisioning and automation workflows. - Configure and optimize decision strategies, predictive models, and real-time interactions in Pega. - Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Pega solutions. - Provide production support for Pega Decisioning and RPA applications, ensuring high availability and stability. - Work with architects and senior engineers to define best practices, frameworks, and reusable components. - Document technical designs, processes, and workflows for future reference. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement within the Pega practice. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development focusing on Decisioning and RPA. - Strong expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), NBA Designer, and strategy framework. - Proficiency in developing Pega RPA bots, workflows, and automation scripts. - Experience in integrating Pega with databases, APIs, web services, and external systems. - Knowledge of data modeling, business rules, and case management in Pega. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Pega CSSA or Decisioning Consultant certification (preferred). - Exposure to AI/ML integration with Pega decisioning models. - Knowledge of cloud-based Pega deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and version control tools (Git, Jenkins).
