Role Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications that need to be deployed at a client end, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. The responsibilities include: - Being CSSA certified - Configuring the majority of the application with guidance from the LSA - Working on integration, data flow, data sets, and AWS knowledge - Demonstrating good analytical and communication skills - Possessing excellent knowledge in SDLC, agile methodologies, and Pega implementation - Assisting the Architect in design, integration, and estimating - Mentoring junior team members technically - Proficiency in Pega guard rails, workflows, user interfaces, activities, utility and decision rules - Experience in developing and managing various types of rules and using debugging tools like Clipboard, Tracer, and Data Transforms - Familiarity with PRPC reporting tools Key Responsibilities: 1. Coding and Software Development: - Determine operational feasibility and evaluate software development - Develop and automate processes for software validation - Modify software to fix errors, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces - Prepare reports on programming project specifications and status - Ensure error-free code and test failure - Compile comprehensive documentation and reports - Coordinate with the team on project status and progress 2. Status Reporting and Customer Focus: - Capture client requirements and feedback for quality work - Participate in training to remain current on best practices - Consult with engineering staff on software-hardware interfaces - Document solutions and details for software implementation - Ensure good quality interaction with customers - Provide timely responses to customer requests Performance Parameters: 1. Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software - Ensure 100% error-free onboarding & implementation - Adherence to schedule/release plan 2. Quality & CSAT - On-Time Delivery, Manage software, Troubleshoot queries - Customer experience, completion of certifications 3.
