GIS systems Strong technical understanding of AI/ML workflows Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development of AI/ML-driven geospatial intelligence platform. This role demands a strong technical understanding of AI/ML workflows, GIS systems, and coordination across full-stack and Python development teams. You will own the product vision, define feature roadmaps, and drive execution across engineering, data science, and design teams. Key Responsibilities Define and own the product roadmap for our AI/ML + GIS platform. Collaborate closely with Python and full-stack developers to shape and deliver features. Work with data science teams to design, test, and roll out AI/ML models into production. Translate complex geospatial and ML concepts into clear user-centric features. Gather and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, data, and market trends. Ensure seamless integration of frontend, backend, and ML pipelines. Coordinate with design and QA teams to ensure a high-quality user experience. Conduct product demos, stakeholder presentations, and user testing sessions. Requirements 5+ years of experience in product management, especially in tech or data-heavy products. Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, model life cycles, and data pipelines. Hands-on experience or familiarity with GIS tools (QGIS, Agisoft, ArcGIS, etc.). Proven ability to work with full-stack teams (React/Node or similar) and Python backend developers. Experience in defining APIs, cloud deployment workflows, and product release cycles. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills. Prior experience working in geospatial analytics, drone/satellite imagery, or location-based services. Exposure to YOLO, segmentation models, or vector tile-based map rendering. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Notion, ClickUp, ZOHO,Github). Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Basic understanding of drone hardware Knowledge of ArduPilot Mission Planner Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Drone Pilot to support the testing and quality validation of our in-house developed AeroGCS Green software and AG++ flight controller (FC), used in agriculture drones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field testing, flight performance validation, issue reproduction, and detailed feedback reporting to our technical team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct drone test flights in real-world agricultural environments. Validate AeroGCS Green and AG++ FC functionalities under various conditions. Report bugs, anomalies, and performance issues with detailed logs and observations. Coordinate with the R&D team to replicate issues and verify fixes. Ensure pre-flight and post-flight safety checks and documentation. Maintain the drone and related equipment in optimal working condition. Required Skills & Expertise: Knowledge of ArduPilot: Comfortable with drone configuration and tuning via ArduPilot. Mission Planner: Proficient in mission planning, parameter settings, and live telemetry monitoring. Flight Modes Mastery: Ability to operate drones in Stabilize, AltHold, Loiter, Auto, RTL, Guided modes, etc. Log Analysis: Capable of analyzing flight logs to identify root causes and suggest performance improvements. Strong observational, reporting, and troubleshooting skills. Basic understanding of drone hardware and electronics is a plus.
