Were looking for a hands-on Full Stack Tech Lead who can drive delivery, mentor engineers, and help shape our technology roadmap. Role Overview We’re seeking a practical and experienced Full Stack Tech Lead who combines strong engineering fundamentals with product sensibility. This role requires someone who can design, architect, and code across backend, frontend, and cloud layers while managing a small, high-performance development team. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS modules Mentor and support a team of engineers across the stack Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions Maintain and enhance applications built using: Backend: Python (Django, Django REST Framework), Node.js (Express, API integrations) Frontend: React (modern hooks, component libraries), Angular (maintenance and feature updates)o Cloud/DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, etc.) Implement and enforce coding best practices, CI/CD pipelines, security, and monitoring Ensure scalability, fault-tolerance, and cost-efficiency in cloud deployments Participate in technical hiring, team reviews, and sprint planning Required Skills & Experience 6–10 years of full-stack development experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role Proficiency in: Python (Django, DRF) Node.js (Express or equivalent frameworks) React (strong command of component-based design, state management) Angular (component architecture, routing, legacy code management) Deep understanding of AWS infrastructure and deployment workflows Strong experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), and asynchronous task management (e.g., Celery or AWS SQS) Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, etc.) Strong debugging, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills Clear communicator with a product mindset Nice-to-Have Experience in SaaS security/compliance (e.g., SOC 2, multi-tenancy models) Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CDK) or container orchestration (ECS, EKS) Familiarity with PDF parsing, document-based data systems, or GenAI tools What We Offer Key leadership role in a fast-growing tech product startup• Ownership of critical systems and influence on tech roadmap Competitive salary and performance incentives Flexible work environment
