Sales & Business Development Identify and win new business opportunities across data centers, corporate offices, manufacturing, pharma, BFSI, government, and smart infrastructure . Participate in pre-bid meetings with consultant and client stakeholders Preferred candidate profile Preferred Candidate Profile Experience selling Electronic Security / ELV solutions such as Access Control, Biometric Systems, Turnstiles, Intrusion Detection, Server Rack Access Control, and VMS solutions. Prior experience working with System Integrators, Consultants, and OEMs in physical security domain. Good understanding of networking basics (IP-based systems, controllers, readers, cabling, PoE, server architecture). Strong relationships or existing network in Data Centers, Corporate Offices, Industrial Plants, IT/ITES, Pharma, BFSI, Government, and Smart City projects . Strong consultative selling approach with ability to understand client use cases and compliance needs. Ability to prepare BOQs, technical compliance , and support tender processes. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in field environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills bilingual proficiency (English + regional languages+Hindi). Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, demos, and project coordination. Preference for candidates with experience in brands like HID, LenelS2, Tyco, Bosch, Axis, Traka, Honeywell, Matrix, ZKTeco , or similar. Certification in security standards or system platforms will be an added advantage (e.g., CCNA, ACaaS/VMS certifications).

Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets regionally. 2 Technical Expertise & Consultative Selling Act as a product specialist for Protempis and related timing technologies (GNSS, PTP IEEE 1588, SyncE, NTP). Understand customer network architecture to propose accurate technical solutions. Support design of end-to-end timing systems including installation, integration, and compatibility requirements. Provide demos, Proof-of-Concept (POC), and technical presentations to technical & CXO-level stakeholders.
