Job Title: Sales Head – Real Estate We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our real estate sales division. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong leader who can drive sales performance, manage high-performing teams, and contribute significantly to business growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire sales function, including planning, execution, and performance management. Oversee daily operations of the sales team, ensuring effective lead management and closure of deals. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet short-term and long-term revenue goals. Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team. Provide mentorship, training, and motivation to ensure peak team performance. Coordinate with marketing, project, and customer service teams for campaign execution and client servicing. Identify new markets, channels, and partnerships to expand business reach. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches. Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, channel partners, and brokers. Ensure all team activities adhere to regulatory and compliance standards. Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development strategies for senior management. Represent the sales function in management meetings, providing insights and recommendations. Drive brand visibility and business growth through events, roadshows, and networking initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role. Proven experience in managing large sales teams and delivering results in a competitive environment. Strong business acumen and understanding of real estate sales cycles and customer behavior. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and CRM tools. Strong network within the real estate ecosystem, including brokers and institutional buyers. Ability to work under pressure and make data-backed strategic decisions. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, conducting property presentations, closing sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for residential properties, specifically 2BHK and 3BHK luxury apartments. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Identify prospective customers through various channels (online inquiries, site walk-ins, outbound calls, channel partners, and field activities). Handle incoming sales queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Maintain a robust follow-up system to nurture leads and convert them into bookings. Schedule and conduct property site visits, highlighting key USPs of the project. Sales & Negotiation: Present the features, benefits, and pricing of available units clearly to customers. Explain payment plans, loan options, possession timelines, and legal formalities. Negotiate deals and handle objections professionally. Ensure timely closure of deals in alignment with monthly/quarterly sales targets. Documentation & CRM: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. Assist in documentation processes including booking forms, agreements, and customer KYC. Coordinate with back-office, legal, and finance teams for smooth handover and post-sale service. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on project details, inventory status, and competitive developments. Conduct competitor analysis to understand pricing, offers, and strategies. Share customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies. Team Collaboration & Reporting: Participate in sales team meetings, training sessions, and daily huddles. Provide regular sales updates, reports, and forecasts to the Sales Manager. Work closely with marketing, digital, and customer service teams for effective campaign execution.
