We're looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Amazon & Marketplace Ads Manager to lead our growth on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces . You will be responsible for setting up and optimizing storefronts, managing ads, improving listings, and driving sales for Paudha across platforms. You’ll be the key owner of our online revenue stream and work directly with the founders to scale the brand. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketplace Setup & Growth Create and optimize storefronts on Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Upload SKUs with well-written listings, keywords, and A+ content Coordinate with creative team for product images, infographics, videos, etc. Manage order processing, returns, reviews, and fulfillment with warehouse team 2. Advertising & Performance Marketing Plan, launch, and optimize Sponsored Product Ads, Brand Campaigns, and Display Ads on Amazon Maximize ROAS and reduce ACoS while scaling spend profitably Run deals, coupons, promotions, and seasonal campaigns 3. Data Analysis & Reporting Track daily sales, impressions, ad spends, and conversion rates Analyze keyword performance and competitor listings Share actionable insights with the team to improve product positioning 4. Growth Strategy Identify new marketplaces to expand into (Myntra, Pepperfry, JioMart, etc.) Recommend pricing, bundling, and promotions to increase cart value and sales Work closely with founders to align marketplace performance with overall brand strategy What are we looking for? 2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon (Seller Central) & other marketplaces Proven track record of scaling D2C or marketplace brands through ads Deep understanding of Amazon Ads, keyword research, and ACoS optimization Strong written and verbal communication Comfort with numbers, Excel, reports, and data interpretation Highly organized, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset BONUS Experience with home decor or lifestyle brands Familiarity with inventory planning tools or ERP systems Experience working with agencies or internal creative teams Worked at/with Amazon aggregators, D2C brands, or marketplace-first businesses

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Ecommerce Accounting Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our ecommerce business. The role involves handling marketplace reconciliations, sales accounting, GST compliance, payment gateway settlements, and financial reporting across multiple ecommerce platforms. This position is ideal for someone who understands the intersection of accounting and ecommerce operations , and can work closely with operations, supply chain, and management teams. Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Sales and Revenue Accounting • Record and reconcile daily sales from ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, and others • Account for discounts, coupons, promotions, refunds, returns, and chargebacks • Ensure accurate revenue recognition as per applicable accounting standards Marketplace and Payment Gateway Reconciliation • Reconcile marketplace settlement reports with bank statements • Track commissions, logistics fees, TCS, penalties, and other deductions • Handle reconciliation of payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, and Cashfree • Identify discrepancies and coordinate with marketplace support teams for resolution GST and Statutory Compliance • Handle GST compliance for ecommerce transactions including returns and reconciliation • Track and reconcile TCS deducted by ecommerce operators • Assist in handling audits, notices, and GST-related queries • Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings Inventory and Cost Accounting • Coordinate with operations to track inventory movement and valuation • Account for inward and outward stock, returns, damaged goods, and write-offs • Maintain accurate cost of goods sold across platforms Vendor and Expense Management • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments • Track logistics, packaging, warehousing, marketing, and platform-related expenses • Maintain expense ledgers with proper documentation MIS and Financial Reporting • Prepare regular MIS reports • Generate profitability reports by product, platform, and channel • Support month-end and year-end closing activities • Assist management with financial data and insights Process Improvement and Controls • Improve reconciliation and reporting processes through standardization and automation • Maintain internal controls and documentation • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies Qualifications and Skills Education • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Professional finance certifications preferred but not mandatory Experience • Experience in ecommerce accounting or digital commerce finance • Prior exposure to marketplace accounting preferred Technical Skills • Strong understanding of GST applicable to ecommerce • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or SAP • Familiarity with ecommerce dashboards and settlement reports Soft Skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and coordination abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines
