Role Overview: As a Pattern Master cum Sampling In-charge at Canberg, your main responsibility will be to work on CAD system, work with SPEC Sheets, cut pattern paper as per the buyers" instructions, develop new patterns based on client requirements, and assess the usability of PROTO samples. It is essential to have a deep understanding of pattern making, garment construction, and technical aspects related to garments. Key Responsibilities: - Work on CAD system effectively. - Work with SPEC Sheets accurately. - Cut pattern paper according to the buyers" instructions. - Develop new patterns based on client requirements. - Assess the usability of PROTO samples. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any stream, with at least H.S. qualification. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the garment manufacturing industry. - Technical understanding of garments. - Sound knowledge of pattern grading. - Proficiency in CAD and styling.
