Job Description

1-3 years of experience as a Patient Relation Executive or in a similar role.
Experience as medical Representative can also be applicable.
Proven knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Proficiency in Malayalam and English, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
