Job Description

  • Greet patients and families upon arrival and orient them to the ER process.
  • Provide emotional support, reassurance, and updates during wait times.
  • Assist vulnerable populations (elderly, non-English speakers, disabled patients) to improve comfort and understanding.
  • Advocate for patient needs while maintaining respect for medical priorities and triage processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
