Job Description

Pharmacy Operations:

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management and timely dispensing of medications.
Accurately read and interpret prescriptions to provide patients with the correct medication or suggest alternatives if required.

Customer Handling:

Assist customers with medication inquiries and provide professional guidance on the use of prescribed drugs.
Address customer concerns and maintain excellent service standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise:

Leverage technical knowledge of pharmaceutical products to educate and inform customers about drug interactions, side effects, and storage instructions.
Stay updated with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry.

Communication:

Maintain effective communication with customers in both Hindi and English to build trust and rapport.
Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless operations and address any operational challenges proactively.

Operational Efficiency:

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted availability of medicines.
Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer interactions in compliance with company policies.
