Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Counsellor, located in Hyderabad. The Patient Counsellor will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to patients, explaining medical procedures and treatment plans, coordinating with medical professionals, and keeping track of patient progress. The role also involves scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a positive patient experience throughout the treatment process.
