Total mismanagement. Took 3.5 HOURS. was there from 11:30 AM to 3 PM on 4th December guys. All my documents in order. They B counters were all working but in C only two counters operating. So after B clearance had to wait 2 HOURS for our turn. Most people didn't even get a place to sit!!

There is a major scam going on at the officially designated parking for the passport office. My number was taken on the pretext of parking lot ticket and was added to a club mahendra package. This needs to be escalated as this is a criminal offence

Everything was going smoothly until their system server went down . The government should need to focus on the IT and Development team to maintain the convenient and hassle free process.

Don’t trust the person who does initial formalities. He might ask you for 10-12 documents. But you only need maximum 3-4 documents. You can tell him, just give us token, and we will see. People at counters A, B, C are good.

Visited the centre for passport renewal and it was an excellently smooth process. Helpful staff, neatly demarcated areas and support services. E aadhar verification, with quick photocopy services available inside premises.

We recently visited PSK, Pune for Tatkal services. The experience was very satisfying. Every one we interacted with was very efficient and solicitous. We received the passport in exactly 48 hrs. Thank you !

Good, it is best to make the preparation upfront. Like digilocker, photocopy of a complete page, etc.. very few spots for free parking on road. Paid parking available nearby. 2 wheelers can be parked on the road.
