Pathetic.. had an appointment but when I reached I was informed that there is no connectivity since last 3 days so can’t process my application.. no concerned officer was there to even listen..had to reschedule it to Ghaziabad passport …

My experience with psk 19 has been terrible. I would recommend people to take appointment of other places available in Noida as the officers there are very rude. They don't respect anyone or value there time. My previous experience with tcs …

Smooth processing at the Passport office. Limited numbers of people are assigned the appointment, so no rush at the centre.Fresh and renewal applications accepted under Normal category. Not for Tatkal.

This sewa kendra is an efficient and supportive office. Took us less than 9 minutes to present, seek validation and process documents. Mr. Manoj Kumar is an awesome person. Thank you Sir.

I think this seva Kendra is not at all useful it's been more than 8 weeks now for reissue of my passport..still no response no passport recieved

It's a small place but the process of re-issue of passport took just 10 mins. There are hardly any people here. Very convenient. Also the guy at the counter was very polite and did the process very efficiently. Prefer this place instead of going to Ghaziabad

Staff at the centre is very nice and helpful. They answer all queries and help you with the process. I got my passport 20 days after the reissue appointment.

Inappropriate behaviour by lady staff,,, “says not my fault”,”I don’t send u msgs personally “,”we don’t entertain after 1 hour” etc.etc.when already they r taking forms 2hrs late..

We have been given appointment of 9.15 am through passport website but this passport sewa Kendra is closed till 9.15 am. There is no number or person whom we can contact to know the timings. Pl help

Since one month application is with this centre only . They do not bother to forward the application for further processing. You will encounter highest level of inefficiency. Avoid this place
