I was little scared with the negative reviews for this passport seva Kendra but when I went there it hardly took 15 minutes to complete the entire process, the condition is you are supposed to carry documents as per the staff instructions.

These guys dont know anything about passport and it supporting documentation. Just because of their lack of knowledge, they ask most of people to rescedule to PSK Shahibabd. Its total waste of time as I waited one month for this appointment …

Staff is nice. But the process is being done manually and hence you get the passport in around 45 days. Your police verification will happen in around 20 days from the date of application. No tatkal applications are processed. …

Pathetic service, please do not book here please go to Ghaziabad else like mine passports are stuck from one week they have not forwarded the file only. Behavior is also not good.

My experience was so good it took 5 to 10 minute to applying for passport and staff was also polite and have good knowledge to give smoother experience. there is lot of parking space
