Role Overview: As a Partner at Wipro Limited, you will be expected to lead a practice/vertical/client account and take responsibility for sales, consulting delivery, growth, and people development. Your role involves developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, converting premium consulting opportunities into sustainable engagements for Wipro, improving the maturity of consulting services, and delivering impact on Wipro's business. It is essential for you to achieve personal billability at high fee rates. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve utilisation target and be an ambassador for Wipro's tenets and values - Focus on the quality of assignments led by the practice, ensure client satisfaction, and receive strong client feedback - Build strong client relationships across client organisations and within Wipro, being recognized as an industry leader and expert - Manage practice and teams to ensure the right balance of delivery and business development - Collaborate with other practices and build bespoke propositions from understanding of offerings and client business - Stimulate demand for solutions by adding fresh insight or customising to meet evolving client/market needs - Apply industry best practices and standards in consulting delivery teams - Direct larger sales activities, bids, and proposals - Manage a practice sales pipeline to support revenue targets (personal and practice) - Develop and deliver against the practice business/strategy plan - Lead and deliver consulting engagements including client expectation management, quality control, and delivery assurance Qualifications Required: - Experience of more than 10 years in Business Dynamics Consulting Additional Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions to address clients" most complex digital transformation needs.
