Part-Time Telecaller (Evening Shift – 5 PM to 8 PM)

XploCode Infotech is a training and development company providing programming and IT skill training to students.
We are looking for a part-time telecaller who can call potential students, share course details, and schedule demo classes.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to students and parents
• Share information about programming courses (C, Python, Java, etc.)
• Invite them for free demo classes
• Send follow-up messages on WhatsApp
• Maintain enquiry/lead list in a simple sheet
• Daily reporting of calls made and responses

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Tamil
• Basic English understanding
• Clear and polite speaking
• Basic mobile/WhatsApp usage
• Freshers & homemakers encouraged to apply

Work Timing

5 PM – 8 PM (3 hours/day)
Monday to Saturday

Salary

₹4,000 – ₹7,000 per month (based on communication)

• Incentives per admission (₹150–₹300 per student)
