Role Overview

As an HRBP at ERP League, you will be the primary HR point of contact for a specific business unit. You will align HR strategy with business objectives by providing expert coaching and consulting to managers and employees on a range of HR initiatives, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high-performance culture within a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnering & Employee Relations (ER)

• Coach and consult managers on effective leadership, performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Act as a change agent for organizational design and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement scores) to identify trends and develop proactive, data-driven solutions to enhance business performance.

Talent Management & Development

• Collaborate with the leadership team on talent planning and identifying skill gaps for the assigned business unit.
• Support and facilitate the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Work with L&D (Learning & Development) to identify and address training needs for professional development and upskilling in the IT domain.

Compliance & HR Operations

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks.
• Assist in the interpretation, communication, and application of HR policies and procedures to all employees.
• Support HR processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration for the assigned group.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, preferably within the IT/Tech industry.
• Education: A Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the business model and the ability to connect people strategy to business results.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build trust and credibility with all levels of the organization.
• Adaptability: Proven experience managing HR processes in a remote work environment and the ability to work effectively on a part-time schedule.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using HRIS systems and MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
