Part Time Accountant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Part-Time Accountant with excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and concepts. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP and be capable of managing day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently within a 5-hour work window.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and records.
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (part-time/full-time); freshers may also be considered based on interview feedback
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting tools.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or an equivalent qualification.
