We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Estate Manager to oversee and manage the complete operations of our estate, including banking management, reporting, procurement, agricultural activities, and overall administration . The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise to ensure smooth functioning, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial & Banking Management: Oversee all banking operations, including account handling, fund management, and cash flow. Ensure timely payments, receipts, and reconciliation of accounts. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions. 2. Reports & Documentation: Prepare, review, and present detailed monthly/quarterly operational and financial reports. Maintain accurate records of expenses, purchases, sales, and other estate activities. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. 3. Procurement & Purchase Management: Handle the end-to-end purchase process for estate requirements (equipment, materials, resources, etc.). Negotiate with vendors and service providers for cost-effectiveness and quality assurance. Develop and maintain supplier/vendor relationships. 4. Agricultural & Estate Operations: Supervise and manage day-to-day agricultural operations, including crop planning, plantation, harvesting, and maintenance. Implement sustainable farming practices and modern techniques for productivity. Manage workforce, contractors, and laborers engaged in agricultural and estate-related activities. 5. Leadership & Administration: Lead and manage the estate staff and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Monitor productivity, set goals, and ensure operational efficiency. Implement best practices and continuously improve processes. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Agriculture, Finance, or related field . Minimum 12+ years of experience in estate management, operations, or senior leadership roles. Strong knowledge of finance, agriculture, procurement, and administration . Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and report management tools.
