Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Parotta Maker who specializes in preparing authentic Malabar Paratha. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dough preparation, rolling, and cooking parottas to maintain taste, texture, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh Malabar Parottas daily with consistency and authenticity.
• Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Maintain quality standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
• Assist with kitchen operations as required.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Parotta Maker (specializing in Malabar Paratha).
• Ability to work independently and maintain quality under pressure.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work long hours if required.
