Role & responsibilities To monitor & control the Kraft Paper consumption without any deviances. Control & monitor of production of CFC within min cost To maintain Min/Max stock level of critical consumable items & ensure to have sufficient stock to avoid delay in production To ensure that material has to issue against production order as per benchmark & it should not be excess issued. If any material found balance on shop floor then it should be immediately return to stores & post entry in stores stock To identify non-moving items & forward to Purchase dept. & follow-up to take decision on that ASAP to reduce the current Inventory

Utility Officer pune 1 - 3 years INR 3.0 - 3.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Repairs: Performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on utility systems and equipment (e.g., HVAC, Chiller, Compressor, DG systems) System Operation: Monitoring and operating utility systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently Safety & Compliance: Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards to maintain a safe working environment Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving malfunctions or issues in utility systems to prevent downtime and ensure continuous service Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, system parameters, and incidents, and preparing detailed reports for management Emergency Response: Promptly responding to emergency service calls and equipment breakdowns to implement corrective actions General Duties Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate logs of work performed, equipment performance, and system parameters. Inventory Management: Managing and organizing necessary supplies, spare parts, and equipment needed for maintenance tasks. Collaboration: Working effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate projects and resolve issues. Record Updates: Updating and keeping records of all completed work orders and maintenance activities. 5S: Performing cleaning duties related to work areas and equipment, ensuring sanitary standards are met. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: Competency in operating and maintaining utility equipment and systems. Problem-Solving: The ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system malfunctions. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and report information effectively. Attention to Detail: For accurate record-keeping and to ensure precise maintenance procedures are followed.
