ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident, articulate and professionally presented MBA fresher to join as a Parent Relations Manager.

The role involves managing parent relationships, handling enquiries, counselling prospective parents, supporting admissions and ensuring a positive parent experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage relationships with prospective and existing parents.

• Handle parent enquiries through calls, meetings, walk-ins and digital channels.

• Counsel parents regarding academics, facilities, programmes and admissions.

• Coordinate campus visits and follow up with prospective parents.

• Support the complete enquiry-to-admission process.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to resolve parent concerns.

• Take parents feedback co-ordinate with concern department and update to them.

• Participate in parent orientations, open houses and admission campaigns.

• Collect parent feedback and provide insights to management.

• Maintain professional communication and uphold the institution's values.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Essential:

• MBA / PGDM from a recognised institution.

• Strong academic background.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Confident, professional and presentable personality.

• Strong interpersonal, counselling and follow-up skills.

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Preferred:

• Fluency in English,Hindi and Telugu.

• Internship/project experience in Marketing, Sales, Education, Counselling or Customer Relations.

• Leadership or extracurricular experience.

• Basic knowledge of CRM / lead management.

Freshers with strong academics, communication skills and a willingness to build a career in education are encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION : ₹5.0 – ₹6.5 LPA

Final compensation will depend on academic profile, communication skills, overall suitability and interview performance.
