Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer with strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systemsparticularly in Tetra Pak aseptic filling equipment. This position involves direct collaboration with the team to ensure smooth installation, maintenance, and support of Tetra Pak systems. Key Responsibilities Conduct installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of Tetra Pak aseptic filling equipment as per global standards. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues on-site or via remote support. Perform upgrades and implement rebuilding kits based on customer requirements and equipment lifecycle needs. Produce timely and accurate service and maintenance reports, adhering to internal and customer safety regulations. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, providing hands-on training and operational guidance. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and reliability at every customer touchpoint. Escalate and document any food safety, regulatory, or quality issues identified during service activities. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Tetra Pak equipment (e.g., A3/F, A3/CF, TBA-19, TBA-8) or similar industrial packaging systems. Proficiency with automation platforms including Siemens PLCs, Rockwell RSLogix (5/500/5000), ABB/Danfoss/Allen Bradley frequency drives, Profibus, DeviceNet, Intouch (WonderWare). Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and exposure to TPMS, PSM methodologies, or continuous improvement tools. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi, and Computers.
