· Create flavourful and attractive sandwiches with various ingredients according to customers’ orders. · Ensure that hygiene standards are maintained by keeping the preparation area clean and sanitized. · Assist with food preparation tasks and maintain supplies inventory. · Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner. · Answer customer questions about menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences. · To monitor and understand handling guest complaints handling procedures and follow the same . · To understand the importance of individual grooming standards and maintain the same. · To understand the process of the inventory on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. · To understand how to maintain proper hygiene at the counter and follow the same. · To understand the SOPs standards. · To help to maintain the back area neat and clean. · To learn and understand detailed recipe Knowledge . · To understand the products which are sold at the outlet.
