Experience Required

• 5-10 years

  of post-MD/DNB experience in paediatrics with Strong clinical acumen and potential for leadership

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Provide expert outpatient consultations for infants, children, and adolescents
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic paediatric conditions including

  infections, asthma, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, and developmental concerns

• Guide routine

  well-child visits, immunization schedules, growth monitoring, and parental counselling

• Coordinate referrals to paediatric subspecialists when required and ensure continuity of care through regular follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and updated paediatric clinical records
• Lead the development and refinement of

  paediatric-specific clinical SOPs, immunization protocols, and monitoring checklists

• Ensure compliance with internal and external audits (e.g.,

  NABH, paediatric quality standards

  )
• Participate in case discussions, paediatric care reviews, and cross-departmental clinical planning
• Represent the paediatric department in community outreach programs, school health camps, and CME events

Qualifications

• MD / DNB in Paediatrics from a recognized institution
• Proven experience in outpatient/clinic-based paediatric practice
• Familiarity with NABH-compliant, protocol-driven care environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with parents and children
