Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. You will play a crucial part in maintaining quality standards and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in perfect condition. Responsibilities Efficiently pack products according to company guidelines and specifications. Inspect items for quality assurance before packing to ensure they meet standards. Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Report any discrepancies or issues with products to supervisors promptly. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling materials. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Good physical stamina, as the role may require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights. Basic math skills for counting and measuring items as needed.
