Packing & Inventory

Job Summary:

The Packing & Inventory Executive is responsible for handling product packing, labeling, and dispatch, along with maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring timely availability of products. The role involves close coordination with the sales, e-commerce, and logistics teams to support smooth order fulfillment and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing & Dispatch:

• Pack and label products according to company standards and order requirements.
• Ensure products are packed safely to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare dispatch slips, invoices, and shipment labels.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.

Inventory Management:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records (inward, outward, and return entries).
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical verification of inventory.
• Update stock reports daily and coordinate with the sales/e-commerce team for stock updates.
• Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.

Coordination & Documentation:

• Support order fulfillment by aligning packing with daily order schedules.
• Work closely with procurement and operations teams for stock planning.
• Maintain all inventory-related documentation in proper order.
• Assist in periodic audits and inventory reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass; diploma or degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse, inventory, or packing operations.
• Skills:
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory software).
• Good understanding of stock management and dispatch procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle physical work.
• Other Requirements:
• Should be punctual, responsible, and physically fit to handle materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
