Packing and Labelling Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack electronic items according to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Label products and packaging accurately with the correct product codes, barcodes, and shipping details.
• Inspect items for any physical damage or defects before packaging.
• Use packaging materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, anti-static bags, and other protective materials appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Follow daily packing schedules and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the correct quantity and type of products are packed.
• Report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in packing, labelling, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of handling electronic goods is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, labels, and packing slips.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse/packing area environment
• May require standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift
• Shift-based work (day/night) depending on order volume

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
