Job Summary The PACCAR India is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Analyst to join our growing Finance & Accounting team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, managing intercompany transactions, and supporting financial operations for PACCAR Corporate and its global divisions. Job Functions / Responsibilities Review supplier statements and identify discrepancies. Resolve price/volume discrepancies or system issues related to the electronic settlement of payment to suppliers for goods received. Prepare aging analysis of unresolved statement settlement issues. Participate in monthly status calls with Divisions and Purchasing. Invoice entry and approval follow-up Tracking progress in clearing AP Queue, RIP (receipts in process), and penny reports. Compile financial data, schedules, and graphs for monthly internal management reports. Perform accounts payable vendor maintenance. Concur expense report processing Perform other tasks as assigned. Manage and prepare monthly Corporate’s intercompany/advance Transactions with other PACCAR Divisions. Perform account reconciliations for GL, and intercompany balances. Support month-end close by preparing journal entries and conducting financial analysis. Education Knowledge & Skills REQUIRED : Bachelor's degree in Accounting / MBA in Finance / CA Inter Skills 2-5 years of relevant work experience, including hands experience using SAP S4/HANA (past experience with a mainframe ERP system would also be helpful) Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls SAP experiences a plus. Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Comfortable working in shift that overlap U.S. time zone for first couple of hours Competencies And Behaviour Act with Integrity Demonstrate Adaptability Drive for Results Influence Others Strong oral and written communication skills.
