Job Summary

Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission Hospital is seeking a dedicated and well-organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at our 50-bedded hospital in Attappady, Palakkad.

Key Responsibilities

Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for the CMO

Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations

Act as a liaison between the CMO and hospital departments

Maintain confidential records and documentation

Coordinate travel and logistical arrangements when needed

Requirements

Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication in both English and Malayalam

Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred
