Responsibilities: Full Stack Development lDevelop and maintain Node.js back-end services using Express.js . lImplement and optimize front-end features in React.js / Next.js . lEnsure smooth real-time communication by integrating WebSockets and Socket.IO where needed. API & Integration lDesign, implement, and document RESTful APIs , ensuring security and scalability. lCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate internal and third-party services seamlessly. Infrastructure & Deployment lConfigure and manage Nginx servers for efficient load balancing and routing. lContribute to continuous integration and deployment processes, ensuring high reliability and minimal downtime. Code Quality & Best Practices Write clean, well-documented, and testable code in JavaScript and TypeScript . Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain coding standards. Stay updated on emerging tools, frameworks, and industry trends relevant to full stack development. Collaboration & Agile Processes Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Scrum/Agile). Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to iterate on features and improvements. Share knowledge and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Desired profile of the candidate * Experience : Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full stack development. Technical Skills : Node.js : Proficiency in building back-end services using Express.js . Front-End : Experience with React.js and Next.js , focusing on performance and responsive design. Real-Time Communication : Familiarity with WebSockets , Socket.IO . Server Management : Hands-on knowledge of Nginx configuration. APIs : Proven ability to design and consume RESTful APIs . Version Control : Proficient with Git and GitHub for code collaboration. API Tools : Comfortable using Postman (or equivalent) for API testing and documentation. Languages : Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript . Exposure to DevOps practices or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience working with microservices architecture.
