JOB DESCRIPTION JOB IDENTIFICATION Title :General Manager No. of Positions: 01 Employment Type : Full-Time Domain : Ayurveda, Spirituality, Yoga Work Location : Hare Krishna Eco Village Campus (HKEV) , Hyderabad Pay : 25 to 35 LPA (commensurate with experience and performance) Reports to : CEO (HKM Charitable Foundation) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS) 1. Overall Leadership 2. Provide strategic and operational leadership for Ayurvanam, ensuring all aspects medical, wellness, administrative, and guest services work in harmony. 3. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems that reflect the ethos of care, quality, and integrity. Web : https://harekrishnacharities.org 2 . Clinical and Wellness Oversight 1• Supervise all naturopathy, wellness, and dietary services, ensuring safe, ethical, and effective practices. 2• Coordinate with medical professionals, therapists, dietitians, and yoga instructors for holistic patient programs. 3. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. 3. Administrative & Facility Management 1. Oversee day-to-day operations including housekeeping, food services, maintenance, and security to provide a peaceful and nurturing environment. 2• Ensure smooth processes for admissions, billing, pharmacy, procurement, and other support functions. x 4. Community Engagement & Outreach 1. Build awareness about Ayurvanams offerings through appropriate outreach, partnerships, and collaborations. 2. Guide communication efforts (in partnership with marketing teams) to attract those seeking genuine natural healing and well-being. 5. Stewardship of Resources 1. Plan and manage budgets responsibly, ensuring optimal use of resources while upholding the centers service mission. 2• Identify opportunities for thoughtful growth and new programs that align with Ayurvanams values. 3• Ensure that services are accessible, affordable, and delivered with compassion. 6. Team Building 1• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team with a focus on professionalism, service attitude, and continuous learning. 2• Promote a culture of respect, collaboration, and dedication to guest well-being. Preferred Candidate Profile : Must-Have Qualifications 3• 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a well-regarded naturopathy, nature cure, or wellness center. 4• Comprehensive experience in managing clinical, operational, hospitality, and administrative functions. Desirable Attributes 1.Deep understanding of naturopathy, Ayurveda, yoga, or allied natural health sciences. 2.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 3• Sensitivity to working in a values-driven, service-oriented environment. 4. Ability to balance operational efficiency with compassion and care. 5 .Experience in NGOs, charitable foundations, or mission-driven organizations. 6 .High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to organizational goals. 7.Strong associative skills, with a cultural mindset.
