You will be joining Ramani Hospitality Services in Pune as a full-time Salesperson in a hybrid role. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and negotiating sales contracts. Your day-to-day tasks will involve making sales calls, delivering sales presentations, meeting clients face-to-face, and pursuing leads. It is essential to have exceptional Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills, coupled with a background in hospitality. Your success in this role will be driven by your ability to effectively conduct sales presentations, engage in outreach activities, and follow up on potential opportunities. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills are crucial, along with the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous, and a proven track record in sales or related experience is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field will be beneficial for this position.
