Role Overview: As a calling and sales assistant, your main responsibility will be to support the team by reaching out to people over the phone. This will involve calling assigned contacts, clearly explaining our services, and sharing relevant information. Additionally, you will be required to maintain simple trackers using Google Sheets or Excel to keep records of calls and feedback. This is a part-time role that only requires a few hours a day with flexible timings. Key Responsibilities: - Make outgoing calls to assigned contacts using a provided script. - Explain our program or service clearly and answer simple questions patiently. - Keep daily call records updated in Google Sheets or Excel trackers. - Provide feedback and report call outcomes to the team. Qualifications Required: - Good spoken communication skills to explain information clearly. - Calm and patient approach while talking to different people. - Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for maintaining trackers. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn and follow instructions. - Ability to work consistently for a few hours daily at flexible timings.,
