Outdoor Sales Executive

As a Sales Representative specializing in digital marketing solutions, your main responsibility will be to identify and approach potential businesses to offer our various services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Ads Management, and Branding, as well as website requirements. You will be expected to conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations in order to successfully close deals with clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business will also be a key aspect of your role. Your contribution to achieving sales targets will play a vital role in the overall business growth. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing to effectively pitch our services to clients. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in outdoor/field sales, with a preference for experience in the marketing or advertising industry. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients. Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently are also key traits for success in this position. Additionally, having a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is a must. This is a full-time, permanent position with a compensation package that includes a performance bonus. The ability to commute or relocate to Varkala, Kerala, is preferred for this role. Fluency in English is preferred, and the work location is primarily in person.
