We are looking for a Team Leader to manage our outbound retention for telecom industry. The role requires handling a team of agents, ensuring achievement of outbound KPIs, and driving overall floor performance. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily activities, coaching agents, and maintaining discipline on the floor. Strong focus on people management, attrition & shrinkage control, and performance reviews is a must. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with MS Excel and email communication , have strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team towards achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily floor operations and team performance. Achieve outbound KPIs and ensure productivity. Control shrinkage and attrition within the team. Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions. Maintain floor decorum and smooth workflow. Prepare reports and share updates with management. Eligibility: Graduation mandatory Minimum 6 months experience as TL (Outbound) Strong communication & analytical skills Flexible to work in shifts
