Job Description:Role Overview:The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Ourosa's market presence. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills and be capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.- Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.- Analyze market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.- Mentor and train junior sales team members to enhance their skills and productivity.- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Ourosa.Day-to-Day Tasks & Activities:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.- Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients.- Monitor and track sales activities using CRM software.- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to share insights and strategies.- Handle inquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently.- Collaborate with production, operation and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent post-sales support.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.- Report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities & results, sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.Outcomes and Results deliverables:- Achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Increasing the market share and revenue growth of Ourosa.- Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.- Establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships.- Contributing to the overall strategic direction and success of the sales team.- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Sales Target Achievement: Percentage of sales targets met or exceeded within a given timeframe.- New Business Development: Number of new clients acquired and revenue generated from new business.- Client Retention Rate: Percentage of clients retained over a specific period.- Sales Conversion Rate: Ratio of successful sales deals to the total number of leads or prospects.- Average Deal Size: Average value of sales deals closed.- Sales Pipeline Growth: Increase in the number of qualified leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline.- Customer Satisfaction: Feedback and satisfaction scores from clients.- Sales Activity Metrics: Number of calls, meetings, presentations, and proposals completed.- Revenue Growth: Overall increase in revenue generated by the sales team.Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or manager or similar role.- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Comprehensive health benefits.- Professional development opportunities.- Flexible work arrangements.- Collaborative and innovative work environment.
