The Senior Product Manager Capture owns the full lifecycle of Ottimate's AI-based invoice capture, extraction, and validation capabilities. This PM will shape how Ottimate ingests and understands financial documents at scale applying machine learning, language models, and computer vision to automate what used to require human review. This role sits at the intersection of AI, workflow automation, and accounting intelligence, driving a critical part of our Autonomous Settlement vision. Responsibilities: Product Ownership Own the end-to-end roadmap for AI Capture, including document ingestion, classification, field extraction, confidence scoring, and multi-step validation. Define how Capture integrates into Ottimate's AP and Payments workflows, enabling invoice-free and touchless settlement. Partner with AI/ML engineering to drive precision, recall, and latency improvements across extraction models.
