You will be working as a General Manager - Hotel Operations at a 3-Star Hotel near Bangalore International Airport. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day hotel operations to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth functioning of all departments. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, budgeting, providing customer service, and training staff. Your focus will be on enhancing the hotel's reputation and profitability through effective operations management and customer satisfaction efforts. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Operations Management skills, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, and Excellent Communication skills. Experience in Training staff, Strong leadership, and organizational abilities are essential. You must be able to work independently while effectively managing a team. Your responsibilities will also include designing and implementing marketing strategies to boost occupancy and revenue, establishing B2B and corporate partnerships, managing digital campaigns, social media presence, and OTA listings, leading branding and customer engagement initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and driving market penetration. Having experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous, and holding an MBA in Marketing or an equivalent qualification is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel operations and marketing for hotels/resorts is required. You should have a strong network in corporate and travel segments and proficiency in digital marketing tools and sales strategies to succeed in this role.,
