As a Motion Graphic Designer at our company based in Noida, you will be responsible for creating captivating and visually striking motion graphics for various digital platforms. With 1.5 to 2 years of experience, you will play a key role in developing engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, and multimedia projects. Your primary duties will include designing and producing high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos, advertisements, and presentations. Collaborating closely with the marketing, design, and video production teams, you will bring creative concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling. Working from creative briefs and storyboards, you will utilize your expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop to execute animation projects that align with brand guidelines and maintain a professional aesthetic. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition in motion design. Proficiency in 2D and/or 3D animation, along with knowledge of tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya, will be advantageous. Your ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment will be crucial in delivering impactful motion graphics optimized for various platforms such as social media, web, and mobile. Additionally, staying abreast of industry trends, tools, and techniques will be essential to enhance your creative output and ensure your work remains innovative and relevant. While a background in UI/UX motion design, video production, or sound design is preferred, your creativity, attention to detail, and strong storytelling skills are paramount in this role.
