Position Overview

We are inviting applications from qualified and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeons to join a well-established healthcare facility in Raiganj, West Bengal. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive orthopedic care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of musculoskeletal disorders, while maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and manage patients with orthopedic conditions such as fractures, joint disorders, spinal issues, sports injuries, and degenerative diseases
• Perform orthopedic surgeries and procedures as per clinical requirements and hospital protocols
• Manage OPD and IPD patients, including pre-operative evaluation and post-operative follow-up
• Interpret and analyze diagnostic reports such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and laboratory investigations
• Coordinate with anesthetists, physiotherapists, nursing staff, and other medical professionals for integrated patient care
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient medical records, operative notes, and discharge summaries
• Follow hospital policies, medical ethics, and statutory regulations at all times
• Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, procedures, and preventive care

Eligibility & Qualifications

• MS / DNB in Orthopedics from a recognized medical institution
• 2–3 years of relevant experience after completion of post-graduation
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council
• Sound knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures and patient management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to work full-time at Raiganj, West Bengal

• Monthly remuneration between 1.5 – 2.0 Lakhs, based on experience and skill set
