Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat injuries or disorders involving the musculoskeletal system. Perform orthopedic surgeries including joint replacements, fracture repair, arthroscopy, and corrective procedures. Evaluate patients through physical exams, diagnostic imaging, and medical history. Develop and manage post-operative care plans and rehabilitation strategies. Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families about treatment options and post-surgical care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Participate in hospital rounds, CMEs, and clinical audits. Qualifications & Requirements: MBBS with MS/DNB in Orthopedics. Valid medical license (MCI/NMC or State Medical Council). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery preferred. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans. Strong surgical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
