As a QC Engineer at Miraclus Orthotech Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming and in-process product inspections, approving or rejecting products based on quality standards, and selecting output samples for testing using appropriate methods. Your role will involve maintaining and improving departmental operational performance to meet regulatory requirements, company Standard Operating Procedures, and quality, service, lead time, and cost parameters. You will be accountable for ensuring quality compliance as per the Quality Plan, reporting quality problems or findings to the Sr. Engineer and QC Incharge, and following up to ensure that corrective actions are taken. Additionally, you will be responsible for releasing products for the next stage after verifying that all activities have been carried out as per the Quality Plan. Your duties will include acting as the main point of contact for all quality matters internally, controlling measuring and monitoring devices, ensuring only accepted materials proceed to the next process, processing rejected materials for rework as per quality criteria, and maintaining company standards of quality in alignment with the quality policy. Moreover, you will be required to collaborate with the Sr. Engineer and QC Incharge to address any failures or discrepancies in products, approve quality department-related documents, and reject products that do not meet sample pieces, drawings, technical specifications, or documentation standards. To be considered for this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience, hold a B.E. in Mechanical or a Diploma in Mechanical, and possess technical knowledge of Medical Devices. Strong communication skills and a background or prior experience in the MedTech/Orthopaedic domain would be advantageous.
