Job Description – Sales Marketing Manager or Executive in Event Hotel & Hospitality Industry Industry: Event & Hotel Hospitality Experience: 3–4 Years in marketing event Hotel & hospitality industry Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Bhubaneswar Qualification: MBA Sales marketing or Hotel & Hospitality education About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the event and hospitality industry . The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and achieving monthly targets for room bookings, event bookings, and banquet bookings , while building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities · Achieve monthly sales targets for room bookings, event bookings, and banquet bookings . · Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate, travel agents, wedding planners, and direct clients . · Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. · Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for prospective clients. · Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings. · Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential leads. · Ensure timely reporting of sales performance to management. · Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility. · Manage CRM tools or hotel software for tracking leads, bookings, and follow-ups. · Contribute to marketing strategies to maximize revenue growth. Requirements: · 3–4 years of proven experience in sales & marketing within the event/hospitality/hotel industry . · Strong network and ability to generate leads for corporate events, weddings, and banquets . · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality booking systems (CRM/PMS software) . · Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly revenue targets. · Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
