Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and conduct interactive training sessions (in-person and virtual) tailored to business and employee needs. Develop engaging, user-friendly learning materials including presentations, manuals, how-to guides, and video tutorials. Organize workshops and simulations to reinforce concepts and build confidence. Partner with team leads and managers to assess skill gaps and align training with organizational goals. Facilitate onboarding sessions to help new hires integrate smoothly into their roles and company culture. Use surveys, quizzes, and performance metrics to measure training impact and identify improvements. Stay updated on industry trends, adult learning theories, and emerging tools. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to promote employee growth and development. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in engineering or related field. Experience as a Trainer, Facilitator, or L&D Specialist. Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Skilled in developing clear and engaging learning content. Adaptable teaching styles for diverse learners. Experience with e-learning platforms and training tools. Preferred Skills: Background in IT or technology-driven environments. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design. Ability to create video-based and digital learning modules.
