As an Agriculture and Natural Farming professional, your role involves planning, executing, and managing natural farming practices to ensure chemical-free cultivation methods. You will oversee soil health management, crop rotation, and pest control using organic techniques. Monitoring irrigation systems and water usage will be crucial for optimal resource utilization. Developing and implementing schedules for sowing, weeding, harvesting, and post-harvest activities will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to maintain and update farming equipment and tools to ensure smooth operations. In terms of Livestock Management (Goats, Cows, Chickens), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily care, feeding, and health management of livestock. Implementing breeding programs for goats, cows, and chickens to improve production will be a key aspect of your role. Monitoring animal housing to ensure clean, hygienic, and safe living conditions is vital. Managing milk production from cows, egg production from chickens, and meat production from goats will also be part of your duties. Coordinating veterinary visits, vaccination schedules, and disease prevention strategies will be necessary for the well-being of the livestock. Additionally, you will be involved in New Production Development, where you will innovate and experiment with new farming techniques and products to enhance yield. Exploring opportunities for diversified farming operations, such as value-added products like organic milk, cheese, eggs, etc., will be part of your responsibilities. Researching and implementing market-driven production plans to increase profitability will also be crucial. In terms of Administrative and Leadership duties, you will manage a team of farm workers, assigning tasks, and providing training on best practices. Keeping records of farming and livestock activities, including production, expenses, and sales, will be necessary. Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations is essential. Regular communication with stakeholders regarding farm operations, challenges, and progress will also be part of your role.
